Reward Choice Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion applies to NEW qualifying Lightspeed Broadband customers, signing up to a qualifying tariff, during the promotional period and living in the UK only.

2. Employees of Lightspeed Broadband Limited, their families and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not permitted to participate.

3. By entering into this promotion, participants are deemed to accept and will be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. The promotion entitles a qualifying customer to claim 1 of 3 reward choices; Two (2) Free Cinema Vouchers, each month for Three (3) consecutive months, or a £25 Uber Eats voucher, each month, for Three (3) consecutive month, or a £50 Gaming eGift.

5. A qualifying customer is required to visit the reward website lightspeedrewards.co.uk within 60 days having received their unique claim (via email from Lightspeed) to claim their chosen reward.

6. This reward promotion is administered by Grace and Courage Ltd in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time, which can be found on the reward website.

7. Each individual reward chosen carries their own terms and conditions as detailed below.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any featured reward for a reward of equal or greater value. This applies to the reward as whole or certain elements of it.

9. The reward (or substitute reward) must be accepted as offered and there is no cash alternative.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the promotion in whole or in part in the event that it is necessary to do so.

11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh court.

3 x £25 Uber Eats Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. This reward offer entitles a new Lightspeed Broadband customer to claim a Free £25 Uber Eats voucher, each month, for 3 consecutive months.

2. The second and third month £25 Uber Eats rewards can be claimed from the start (1st) of the month until the end of the month following the claim the previous month, (e.g., Make your first £25 Uber Eats voucher claim on 3rd July 2024, the second voucher can be claimed from 1st – 31st Ausgust 2024 and the third voucher can be claimed from 1st – 30th September 2024.

3. The £25 Uber Eats voucher can be added as a credit in your Uber Eats account (new customers are required to register) and then redeemed for orders placed via the Uber Eats app, within locations where Uber Eats is available, for part or full payment of goods.

4. Uber Eats voucher valid for UK households only.

5. The promoter accepts no liability for a lost or stolen £25 Uber Eats voucher.

6. The promoter and issuer reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or discontinue the vouchers at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. The Uber Eats vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

8. The £25 Uber Eats voucher holds no cash value and is not for sale or re-sale. Cash value 0.001p.

9. You have until 31.03.25 to add the £25 voucher credits into your Uber Eats account and to use these credits. Any credit that has not been spent by this expiry date will be lost.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to: Delay, postpone, cancel or terminate early the Promotion; Replace the Promotion with a similar or lesser offer (as determined by the Promoter), in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so. If the Promotor exercises these rights, it will make available another offer on similar terms to the Promotion.

11. The promoter and its agents cannot be held responsible for the quality of products, service or featured dishes availability on Uber Eats. Check the Uber Eats app for availability of deliveries and restaurants.

13. Any persons taking advantage of this reward offer does so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

15. For the avoidance of doubt, Uber Technologies Inc. and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (“Uber”) will have no liability or responsibility of any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By entering this promotion, you acknowledge and accept that the Promoter is the sole promoter in relation to the promotion and that Uber have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.

3 x Pairs of Cinema Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. This reward offer entitles a new Lightspeed Broadband customer to claim a Free Pair of Cinema vouchers, each month, for 3 consecutive months.

2. The second and third month Cinema voucher rewards can be claimed from the start (1st) of the month until the end of the month following the claim the previous month, (e.g., Register and claim first pair of Cinema vouchers on 3rd March 2024, the second voucher can be claimed from 1st – 30th April 2024 and the third voucher can be claimed from 1st – 31st May 2024.

3. Claimants can choose a Pair of Cinema vouchers for either Cineworld, Showcase, Reel or Savoy cinemas. Individual terms and conditions apply to each participating cinema chain as follows;

Cineworld

1. Instant Vouchers can be redeemed in cinema at the box office or online at www.cineworld.com. A booking fee per ticket applies for online bookings.

2. Your Instant Voucher may be exchanged for one Adult ticket to watch any standard 2D film screening at any Cineworld cinema in the UK excluding Leicester Square and Fulham Road.

3. Uplift applicable for 3D, IMAX, 4DX, Superscreen and ScreenX. Additional cost for 3D glasses apply. Not valid for Event Cinema, Special Unlimited Screenings, Special Advance Screenings, Movies for Juniors or ViP/premium seating. Not valid for Event Cinema including (but not limited to) Documentaries, NT Live, ROH Live, MET Live, Television programmes or series/seasons, and Live Concerts

4. If you lose your Instant Voucher we won’t be able to provide a refund. If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund.

5. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Cineworld’s general admission terms apply (https://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/in-cinema).

6. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

7. No cash alternatives. This voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold.

8. This voucher is valid until the date shown. Once expired, the voucher will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded

9. Instant Vouchers are non-refundable.

10. Cineworld Cinema reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

11. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Showcase

Showcase e-vouchers may be redeemed for one general admission to a scheduled performance of a film at any Showcase Cinema (including Cinema de Lux) except the Showcase Cinema de Lux at Bluewater, Greenhithe, DA9 9SG and is subject to the following conditions:

1. E-vouchers are subject to BBFC film classification restrictions and Showcase Cinema general terms and conditions. Guests must be eligible to see their chosen film. Proof of age may be required.

2. Showcase Cinemas reserves the right to refuse admission. The manager’s decision is final.

3. The e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

4. The e-vouchers do not give the bearer priority over other guests.

5. The e-vouchers may not be re-sold.

6. Defaced or illegible e-vouchers will not be accepted.

7. The e-vouchers may be used for bookings online and those made in person at the Showcase Cinema Box Office.

8. Each e-voucher may only be used once, any attempt to re-use the e-voucher shall be refused.

9. The e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

10. The e-vouchers may be valid for Gallery, XLR, Director’s Hall and / or 3D, XPlus and any other premium offering or presentation only when a guest is prepared to pay the surcharge over and above the regular stated admission price. This “upgrade” is not available for online bookings and is at the cinema manager’s discretion so we suggest you check with your local cinema for availability.

11. The e-vouchers cannot be used for admission to live performances, television programmes or series/seasons, or screenings classed as “Event Cinema”. Please check with the box office for details.

12. The e-vouchers may not be used towards Birthday Party events.

13. Once the e-vouchers have been used to make a booking at the cinema, the booking cannot be moved, exchanged or refunded.

Reel Cinemas

1. The eCodes may be exchanged for one Standard tickets for any performance at any Reel Cinema in the UK for an adult, child or concession ticket.

2. Tickets are subject to availability. All of our customers are important to us and you won’t be treated any differently to any other paying customer.

3. The eCodes may be used once at the box office in cinema only.

4. The expiry date is printed on the voucher, after this date the eCodes will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded.

5. The eCodes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6. No cash alternative is available; the eCodes and/or ticket are not transferable and may not be re-sold. Please keep your eCodes in a safe place. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.

7. Please note that you selected cinema may require you to provide evidence of your entitlement to purchase (e.g. proof of age or concession status).

8. Reel Cinemas reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. The eCodes apply to standard seats and 2D screenings only. It may be possible to upgraded your seat (e.g. 3D), this will need to be arranged with the individual cinema and additional charges may apply (for example 3D glasses)

10. Use of the eCodes and tickets are subject to Reel Cinema’s Website Terms of Use and Terms of Entry available at reelcinemas.co.uk, Reel Cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission in accordance with these terms.

Savoy

1. The Savoy Cinemas Adult 2D eCodes may be exchanged for standard Adult tickets to any standard 2D performance at any Savoy Cinema in the UK (the list of cinemas is subject to change, always check movie screening times and availability before travelling); excluding occasions where the cinema has been hired for special performances.

2. The eCodes are valid for any standard 2D performances. The Savoy Adult 2D eCodes are not valid for Alternative Content, Special Screenings, Television Programmes or Series/Seasons, Special Advance Screenings or VIP/premium seating.

3. The eCodes have an expiry date on the voucher copy. Once expired, the eCodes will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.

4. The eCodes can be redeemed online at www.savoycinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCodes cannot be used to book using the telephone service. The eCodes do not give the bearer priority over other guests. When booking online using eCodes debit/credit card information may be requested (for processing purposes). A 40p administration fee is payable for online bookings (in line with normal Savoy Cinemas procedures).

5. Each eCode is considered to have been redeemed when a booking is confirmed, changes cannot be made after this point. Each eCode may only be used once, attempts to use the same eCode on separate occasions will not be successful.

6. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions apply.

7. The eCodes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

8. There is no cash alternative; the eCodes are not transferable and may not be re-sold.

9. Savoy Cinemas reserve the right to withdraw any offer associated with the eCodes at any time and for any reason without notice.

10. Savoy Cinemas reserve the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission.

11. Savoy Cinemas reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

£50 Gaming eGift Terms and Conditions

1. This reward offer entitles a new Lightspeed Broadband customer to claim one or more eGifts of their choice, up to a value of £50, from those available at https://gb.boostgaming.com

2. By participating in this reward offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by those of the reward partner, which can be found at; https://gb.boostgaming.com/terms-conditions/

3. Gaming eGifts choice must be made 28.02.25 with chosen eGift(s) sent no later than 28.02.25.

5. Your chosen eGift(s)will be valid for use for 12 months from date of receipt.
