Q: I haven’t received my reward claim code or have lost the reward claim code emailed to me by Lightspeed Broadband.
A: Please contact customerservice@lightspeed and they will revert back within 3 working days to assist you.
Q: I have already registered to this reward site but have forgotten my password.
A: To request a new password, simply click on the “Forgotten Password” button on the registration page. Please enter the email address you used when you first registered.
Q: It is not allowing me to claim my next monthly £25 Uber Eats voucher.
A: This more than likely means you have already claimed your voucher this month. Alternatively, please email the reward team at hello@lightspeedrewards.co.uk who will check your status and revert back to you within 3 working days.

Q: I have claimed my Uber Eats Voucher this month but have now misplaced it.

Q: My unique claim code didn't work when I tried to register and claim my first reward.
A: Please email hello@lightspeedrewards.co.uk advising of your registered email address. We will check your claim and revert back within 3 working days with an outcome.
Q: My £25 Uber Eats voucher url link didn't work when I tried to apply it to my account on the Uber Eats app.
A: If you've successfully applied the voucher, it should show up in the Uber Eats wallet and in the cost breakdown. If you don't see if there then restart the app. If you continue to experience difficulty, please contact the Uber Eats support team via their app, online or by emailing; business-support@uber.com
Q: I've applied my voucher but it's still not showing up at checkout. How can I use it?
A: After applying the Voucher to your Uber Eats account, restart the app to redeem it. We also recommend that you have the latest app installed.
Q: My order’s total hasn’t changed. Will the voucher still apply to this order?
A: The voucher will apply as long as you see it on your checkout screen and you are on your personal profile. If you are on your managed company profile, you will get an error when you try to place your order.
